Conditions of Use1. Prices, Payment and Dispatch TimesAll prices can be listed and paid for in Euros, pounds Sterling, US dollars, Norwegian and Swedish Kroner, Canadian and Australian dollars. We accept payment by credit or debit card and PayPal, including PayPal Express. We accept all major credit cards. The price of each item listed is fully inclusive, except for delivery charges, which are added at the end of the order process. We may accept payment by cheque or postal order providing you contact us first to request this payment method. If you are paying by cheque (including Paypal eCheques), we will wait until your cheque has cleared before dispatching your order. We can only accept cheques made payable in UK Pounds Sterling (£) from a UK bank. Your order will usually be dispatched within 2 to 4 full working days of receipt of payment. It is our target to get orders dispatched within 2 full working days of receipt of payment, and most orders are dispatched within this time frame. However, during periods where we are extremely busy, it can take up to 4 full working days for orders to be dispatched. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that orders are dispatched a quickly as possible. 2. Deliverydeliveries to UK destinations will be dispatched via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery, which is a flat rate of £2.50. This is available to all UK and channel islands destinations. We offer free postage for orders of £50 or over to UK and Channel Islands destinations Deliveries to all other destinations will be shipped by Air Mail Small Packet Service for packages under 400g. For packages between 400g to 2Kg we will use "Air Mail Special Delivery signed for", which is a tracked shipping service. For packages over 2Kg, we will use an international courier service, such as UPS or FedEx. Shipping costs for all international deliveries are calculated by the total weight of items in the shopping basket. These are the costs for shipping to European destinations (excluding the UK):
**Please note: The minimum shipping charge for Russia, Belarus and Ukraine is £5.90. This is because all orders under 2KG (including orders under 400 grams) are shipped by "Air Mail Special Delivery Signed For". These are the costs for international shipping to Non European Destinations, e.g., USA, Canada, Australia, Singapore.
In nearly every case, packages arrive with 2 - 3 days of dispatch. However, standard Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and Air Mail Small Packet Services are not a time guaranteed service, so please allow a minimum of 10 working days for delivery. Please note that we can only accept orders from the USA, Canada, Australia, Brazil, South Africa, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Argentina, Channel Islands, Norway, Switzerland, Belarus, Russia, Ukraine and the following European Union (EU) countries: UK, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia (Slovak Rep), Slovenia, Spain & Sweden. 3. DiscountsWe offer the following discounts based on the total value of items in a single order:

To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase one or more products by clicking the button "Confirm the Order", we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase one or more products. Upon receipt of your order we will review all the details. Providing we are entirely satisfied with the details of your order, we will pack and dispatch your order. After you order has been dispatched, we will send an "Order Update" email to notify you that your order has been dispatched. For safety reasons not all of your order's data may be accessible via the Internet. We keep this data in confidence according to our privacy policy. If an item is out of stock we may either contact you by email to offer a suitable alternative item, or issue a refund for the out of stock item. In certain very rare and exceptional circumstances it may be necessary for us to take action to prevent fraud or other unwelcome activity. In these circumstance we reserve the right to reject orders and issue a full refund for any payments received. For order values of £400 or more, please see section 3a above. 5. CancellationOur aim is for 100% satisfaction with all purchases. If you're not entirely satisfied with any item you've received, please contact us within 7 full working days of receiving the item, and we will provide a refund or replacement. Where customers are requesting a replacement, the choice of whether to provide a replacement or to provide a refund will be ours. If you do wish to cancel your order within 7 full working days of receiving it, you must first notify us in writing of your intention to cancel and return all goods in order to receive your refund or replacement. The cost of returning the items will be paid for by the customer, and all items should be sent back by a recorded (signed for) delivery service, such as Recorded Delivery. If customers wish to receive replacement items, we will make an additional charge to cover the cost of sending the replacement 6.
